  If you are the the type of person that put ketchup on your pasta or steak sauce on your "well done" meat, regardless the type of cut, THIS is the sushi restaurant you are looking for when feeling adventurous.
  This is a typical big name, high prices, sushi restaurant for the bulk of the population that let a name or brand tell you how a dish is supposed to taste.
  Maybe a few years ago it was better but not anymore, with a long list of possible sushi dishes to try to convince you otherwise, but once you past the hip names, then you realize they are all the same, California roll or salmon, with some different toping or sauce, but at the end the same.
  
  Forget anything with a fancy name here. If after reading this you still want to try, please stay safe and avoid anything with a fancy name, if you need to ask what the ingredients are, you are in a for a bad time, just order for a dish with the name of the fish, that is unless you enjoy paying $15+ for California rolls.
  Service was good, that's the 1 star.

  This is my go to spot for sushi. The fish is consistently fresh and flavorful, and the nigiri and rolls are always artfully prepared and plated. I love talking to the sushi chefs here, because they are always eager to tell me about where the yellowtail is sourced from that day, or why agedashi tofu should be paired with a new roll. Over the past 4 years or so, I've gone to Blue Fish for business lunches, happy hour with the girls, and romantic date nights. I've never had a bad experience, and I look forward to many more meals and cocktails at this establishment.

  This is one of my favorite sushi places in Dallas. Especially during happy hour. Note: Happy hour menu is only available if you sit at the bar.
