  70 percent it's great, 30 percent it's just ok or they mess up the order. They need to work on consistency. Depends who the cook is, depends if it's good. Most of the great reviews were prior to the 20-30 percent price increase across the board, at those prices you get a better review.
  
  They are extremely rude. Kinda you take it even if it's messed up type of attitude.

  Biggest menu I've ever seen with hundreds of Vietnamese dishes, encompassing everything my family had ever cooked for me and dishes I've never even heard of. The food is delicious and the staff have walkie talkies and are very attentive. It's an Asian restaurant so you aren't assigned a specific waiter. Everyone works as a team so it's way efficient.

  One of the best Vietnamese / Chinese restaurants in Dallas Metro area. They have a wide variety of entrees, drinks and smoothies to choose from. The service is quick and the prices absolutely reasonable. Best of all...they're open late!

  Consistently great food at good prices. They seat you at decent times and you get your food piping hot. They manage the rush hours quite well. Only once out of 10 visits would we have a longer than normal wait on food. Sometimes the chairs aren't wiped down proper before they seat us, I would find a spot of mystery water droplet. I use the readily available napkins to wipe before sitting down. That's points with me, do you know how many Asian places use poorer quality napkins? A lot. Parking here usually is easy. A little walk. It's definitely divey. Many lights and lots of sounds. Not for a romantic date. Great for group of friends. BYOB.
